We used CLC Auction Services to conduct a heavy equipment auction for us. We chose them because we felt they were better equipped to handle a rather large auction and they had a larger advertisement area. When we had them come look at our equipment they also came prepared to take photos and get all the info needed to advertise each vehicle and piece of machinery that was to be sold. They were very professional at everything they did. The auction was a success and we were very pleased with the outcome. We also feel like we made some very good friends.

I recently used Lee Cannedy to do an auction for me. Before my husband (Don Smith) passed away he told me if something ever happened to him to get Lee to come out and do an auction. He said Lee would treat me right. I was very pleased with the outcome of the auction. Lee and his crew did an outstanding job. I could not believe how many people came out and everything sold. There wasn't anything left. Everything sold for a good price and several items far more than I expected. I would like to recommend Lee to anyone that needs to have an auction.

My wife and I just recently used CLC Auction Services to sell out our farm. Mr. Cannedy and his crew did an outstanding job. He advertised the auction several weeks in advance in numerous papers, several online advertisements and made up some really nice flyers. He also had some really nice banners made up with the date, location and contact info on them and placed them in high traffic areas. They also had online bidding available during the auction which helped items to bring more money. There were people from all over at the auction. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome of the sale. In our opinion, we could not have found a better auction company. Thank you CLC for doing us a great job!!

My husband and I decided to move back to Arkansas so we could be closer to our family. We have lived in Powderly Tx. for several years but we are getting older and our health hasn't been the best. We didn't know what we should do with our house. Should we put it on the market and what about the furniture and  things we didn't need? I asked a friend what he thought we should do and he suggested having an auction. We hadn't thought of that! Mr. Cannedy came highly recommended by several people. We gave him a call and he came out to the house and looked at everything and he told us what he could do. We agreed to let him do an auction and sell all our furniture and things and also try and sell our house. Mr. Cannedy did good. He sold everything and our house too. My husband and I were so happy and pleased with with him. He treated us like we were his own family. If you need a auctioneer, use Mr. Cannedy.

I used CLC Auction Services to sell out my welding and fabrication business. They did a great job. They spent over a week getting everything ready and cleaned up for the auction. They set up and organized everything. They are very courteous and honest. They did a good job advertising the auction. The auction total was more than I anticipated. I have been buying and selling equipment at Auctions all over for many years now. I went to an auction conducted by CLC and really liked the way they conducted business. I have been going to their auctions now for a few years. I have always been treated fair and the staff have always been very friendly and courteous. I have always been paid quick. Their commission rates are very reasonable. I really enjoy going to their auctions and if you like auctions I would recommend going to theirs.

I have been going to auctions in the Red River County & Lamar County area for several years now. I really like how CLC conducts auctions. Their staff is very friendly and respectful. They have a couple guys and forklifts to help you load out. Other auctions in the area do not offer this. I also used CLC to sell out my small farm and they did a great job.

Cross Country Trailers used CLC Auction Services to conduct an auction on July 8, 2006. We had 411 trailers, mostly cargo trailers that had hail damage from a recent storm and several gooseneck & utility trailers. We were worried about being so many trailers that they may not sell well. Texas State Bank has been involved with CLC Auction Services owned and operated by Lee Cannedy on two occasions. The company represented a bank customer who owned a building supply and lumber yard that was liquidated in Sulphur Springs Texas in 2005. This liquidation was done in cooperation with the bank.
